  • Returned in original packaging
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

  • Items clearly marked as non-returnable

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for processing.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We will prioritize a prompt resolution.

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
